Command Studio is a boutique consultancy that blends technology, design and retail expertise. I steer market research and product strategy for two flagship initiatives: (1) a 3D product-configurator for e-commerce and (2) a highly-customisable Store Information Management platform that rivals SAP, Yext and Partoo as the single source of truth for global retail networks.

Brandoh! is a SaaS platform for immersive branded-storytelling (interactive 3D experiences that go beyond Canva or Keynote). I owned the end-to-end roll-out of its subscription e-commerce, acting as single point of contact across five cross-functional teams and ensuring full compliance with the Lombardy Tech Fast grant and SIMEST funding.
 

  • Program & Product leadership: built and tracked the master Gantt, steered bi-weekly sprint reviews, managed budget & risks; translated UX/UI concepts into agile backlogs.

  • E-commerce & backend flows: defined “pay → access” journey (checkout, invoicing, auto-emails), user licence dashboard, renewal reminders and T&C one-click acceptance.

  • UX/UI & design system: validated information architecture, enforced a shared design system for both frontend e backend.

  • Go-to-market & CRM: directed performance-marketing partners, launched multi-channel campaigns; implemented HubSpot pipeline and automated nurture sequences.

Interests

10 years of competitive classical and contemporary dance, from age seven to seventeen. During my high school years, I played volleyball, and I started dancing Caribbean dances at the age of twenty-four. Now, I practice yoga and pilates.
